Gorsium – Time travel to the Roman Empire
An epic promotional video for the Gorsium Archaeological Park in Tác, built around an elaborate, spectacular battle scene. We lifted the tension of the ancient world and the dynamics of the fight to a cinematic level with Sony FS5 super slow-motion footage, Zeiss optics and DJI Ronin camera stabilisation.

The brief
History comes alive, in movement and in detail.
The Gorsium Archaeological Park in Tác wanted a promotional video that fills a real gap: one that does not simply present the ancient ruin garden but invites the visitor on a genuine journey back in time. At the core of the concept is a tense, lifelike Roman-era battle scene that grabs the viewer's attention immediately.

The solution
Cinematic tools in the middle of the battle.
The heart of the job was conveying the dynamism and raw force of the fight. Using the outstanding slow-motion capabilities of the Sony FS5, we captured every move of the battle, the clashing weapons and the reactions in razor-sharp detail. Zeiss optics provided the classic, premium cinema character, while the DJI Ronin gimbal let the camera move right between the fighters, giving a smooth yet raw, immediate experience.
- A central, epic battle scene and historical reconstruction
- Sony FS5 super slow-motion footage
- Zeiss lenses and DJI Ronin camera stabilisation
The result
Case study / Gorsium / result text
Time travel that stops the viewer.
The promotional material for the ruin garden did not become a descriptive presentation but a scene that pulls the viewer in within the first seconds and puts the experience of the park at the centre.
